Race Committee Duty Schedule for 2026 Spring Series
The table below lists the names of registered competitors, their crew, or other people who will be serving on RC. In parentheses after each name is the sail number of the boat receiving credit. If (Vol) is shown instead of a number, this is a volunteer. Skipper's names are in bold font. Each competitor is expected to bring some of their crew or other qualified people to help fill out the race committee for their day. The minimum number of people needed on the Signal Boat is three and on the Mark boat is two. Five people are preferred on the Signal Boat to manage starts and finishes. Where more than the bare minimum have signed up, the additional names are separated by commas.
Use this google Form to submit your preference to volunteer for a particular day or role.

Accurately estimate the course length using an appropriate tool. For Island Courses, use Google Maps measuring tool, Navionics Boating, or similar. Specify whether your measurement was in statute miles or nautical miles. The chart plotter on Signal Boat may be used for this. For Buoy Races use GPS coordinates, Buoy Zone, or similar to accurately place marks. Also record times of all RC actions, such as time limit expiration, time of shorten course, etc on the form.
